Chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) limits long-term survival after lung transplant (LT).
Ischemia–reperfusion injury (IRI) promotes chronic rejection (CR) and CLAD, but the
underlying mechanisms are not well understood. To examine mechanisms linking IRI to CR,
